What does SEO Dave actually do?
SEO Dave runs monthly SEO, AEO, and GEO audits on your clients’ sites, tracks AI citation share, identifies real competitors via Claude, pulls Google Search Console and Analytics data, and assembles a branded monthly report per client. You review and send.
How much setup is involved?
Minor. Per client, you connect Google Search Console and GA4 once — read-only, revokable — and that is it. From then on SEO Dave runs the monthly audit on its own and drops a draft report in your dashboard for review.
Do I have to run the reports myself?
No. SEO Dave assembles each monthly report for you. Your job is to open the draft, sanity-check it, make any edits, and send it to your client. Most agencies spend under 15 minutes per client per month on this.
How is this different from Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz?
Those are data tools. SEO Dave is a delivery layer. It produces the report you hand to a client. Agencies that already have an Ahrefs or SEMrush seat use SEO Dave as the monthly deliverable on top.
Who is this for?
Marketing and web design agencies who have more than one client and who send (or should be sending) monthly reports. If you run SEO for a single site, you do not need this.
Is there really an AI component?
Yes. Claude powers three things: finding peer competitors, scoring AEO citation share, and generating recommendations. Everything model-produced is labeled.
Data & privacy
Do you access my client’s Google data?
Only if the client connects Google Search Console or Google Analytics, and only with read-only scopes. We never modify anything in their Google account.
Do you sell my data? Train on it?
No. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Where does the data live?
United States, on Nexcess infrastructure for application data, and on Digital Turtle’s self-hosted infrastructure for audit processing.
Billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days on every tier, no credit card required.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are there setup fees?
No. The monthly per-client price is everything.
